Frequency adjustment method:
There are 4 shorting caps on the board to choose the frequency:

Insert a short-circuit cap, the period can be adjusted to about 4 seconds;
Insert 2 short-circuit caps, the period can be adjusted to about 7 seconds;
Insert 3 short-circuit caps, the period can be adjusted to about 10 seconds;
Insert 4 short-circuit caps, the period can be adjusted to about 15 seconds;
